Whenever I have engage myself in deep thinking or whenever there is little tension,
I end up with headache.
I happened to notice this only few months back.
Sometimes I refrain myself from thinking so deeply because of this.
Is this pretty common??
Do you also get headache when you are stressed out or under tension?

I often get a headache when I don't get enough sleep and then end up working a lot the next day. It's mostly because of the stress from lack of sleep - I don't get a headache when I have enough sleep (and enough food.... and as long as I'm not getting my period any time soon :D)
Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Nope, but I often have terrible stomachache whenever I'm getting too nervous or depressed. For example when I'm facing important tests or having to talk in front of a lot of people. It's annoying and not to mention getting in the way but I've heard of some other people who suffer the same as me so I don't think much abbout it.

I actually suffer from headache but the cause is coming from my eyes.If it's subjected to too much wind, then it causes strain on my eyes which in turn causes my head ache. Some experts say that a head ache is also caused by stress. So to avoid it, one must be stress free. Others think of their problems as part of their life which can be solved if properly handled.
