do you know one of vegetable"burdock"?many japanese and korean people like eat burdock,they said this vegetable is good for health.do you like eat burdock?

i know this vegetable,it looks like yam root,i think it taste specially,i like eat burdock,many asain country planting this vegetable,japanese and korean person like to eat this vegetable more...........have a nice day.

thanks,i am so happy heard from you that you also like eat burdock,it taste really specially,but it is good for your health........i like eat burdock both raw and cooked,all delicious........share with your experience.....happy mylotting.

frankly to say,i prefer to eat cooked burdock,you can cut the burdock for slice,cooked with pork meat,put some small red chilli mix with the burdock,it taste very nice........
