How do you want your steak served?

I like mine medium well/rare. I like it smothered in mushrooms. With just a nice strip of rare red in the middle so it is still suculent and tasty but not bloody and still tastes as if it hasn't been long ago that it was attached and wondering around. If it is barbecued I am hearing it is better to have it alittle on the rare side because the well portions of the meat are not good for us to eat.

I love rare to medium rare. I used to could not eat a steak unless it was well done. As I have gotten older my tastes have certainly changed. I dont care a whole lot for steak sauce, I just prefer a bit of salt and pepper on my steak before it is grilled. YUMMY!
