I just wanted to thank everyone that responded to my posts about my beloved kitties that I had to have put down and about my dearest best friend that passed away suddenly on April 11. I want you all to know that I DID read each and every response. I tried to respond back but with the pain still being so fresh and strong, it was just too much for me to handle. I appreciate you all and love you all so very very much. You made the pain easier to bear. If any of you ever need the favor returned, I'm just a PM away. Big hugs to everyone.......Carryl

I hope you are feeling better and that your friend is at a better place, that she has rest from her labors. I know it is hard to respond to everyone as there is only so much time in the day. So we do not mind and I guess with your friend gone, it was really upsetting and your kitties as well.
I know that being a dog lover when my husband had to put down our beloved Jessie, I was in tears and was also in shock when two of my friends passed away a while ago.

Hey sweetie, you're welcome! We got slapped hard on that day didn't we? I'm still trying to get used to the idea that mine isn't sitting beside me anymore. She was constantly with me. They're both together now having a grand ole time playing. They're in a much better place and have new bodies and not the sickly ones that they left behind so for that we have to be thankful that they're in no more pain. Hugs sweetie!

Oh yes..our babies are probably frolicking at this very moment acting like big kittens. LOL! I just came across a pic of Fluffy I have on my computer that was taken about 2 weeks before she had to leave us. She was batting at me while I was putting clothes in the dryer and then all of a sudden she decided to climb on my back and sit there while I was bent over. Of course I had to get my daughter to grab the camera and get a pic. It killed my back staying like that until she took it but it was so worth it. I added it here so you could see it. Thanks hunny...BIG BIG hugs to you.

Hi Katlady I am so glad to hear from you! I remember responding to your discussion about your friend, please accept my condolences again. As I recall you had a really terrible time with the loss of your beloved cats as well. My heart went out to you that day; it just didn't seem fair for everything to happen at once like that. I hope you are feeling at least a little better. We don't get over things like this; we just learn to live with the losses until we can smile again.

Thank you so much Paula. I'm feeling better each day. It's just taking time, as is expected. And Satoru, that is so sad that that person did that to that poor bird. I have accidentally hit one and cried for hours. But no way would I ever hit one on purpose even if it was already hurt. That's so awful.

oh...i was not part of this but reading this is heartbreaking.all life is equal putting down kittens must have been hard.They could have had a life.Many people just ignore animals in the streets.Some even get a thrill of killing them.I once saw a bird hit by a car while flying.This driver Did NOT see the bird it flew low and fast.The second driver going 20mph sees the bird limping and about to fly(the bird only hurt its foot) the driver then sped up and hit the bird as it took off.it just made me mad.

Be sure that in your troubled times, your friends will always be here. I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say we appreciate your thanks but we weren't hanging out for them. You needed time to heal, my friend, so no worries on that count.
As for returning favours, I, at least, don't expect that, but thank you for offering the hand of friendship... that's such a sweet thing to do when you're feeling lost. Take care precious person, and Brightest Blessings.

Hi there Katlady. Glad to see you here and no need to thank us. We MyLotters stick together and support each other no matter what we're going through...isn't that a wonderful concept?? I've found my MyLot friends MORE compassionate than my "real" life friends that I can talk to in person. My prayers are still with you

It's what we're here for! Between your posts, and the ones from Catsanddogs about Gracie, and my own dog being sick, I cried a river for all of us that day!
My dog is still hanging in there, BTW.
I'm glad you're back here, I hope and pray that your heart will find healing and that you will soon have some wonderful things happen in your life.
