Where is the Heart & Soul of the Universe located?

I have heard that the location of the Heart & Soul of the Universe is on the other side of the core of our Milky Way Galaxy out beyond the far arms.
If you had a space ship and enough fuel could you get to the Heart & Soul of the Universe?

The heart and soul of the universe is in US. We are all God's children. The heart and soul of the universe is the union of us all!!There are places in the universe billions upon billions of light years away. You better have more than a spaceship and fuel. You are going to need know how. Maybe by the time man is wise enough to do it, they will be wise enough not to mess up the new children of God that we discover.Isn't that the real reason there is such a great distance between worlds. When we are wise enough, we will get there.

Heart and Soul of the Universe?
I don't think so that the Universe has a heart and soul.
But the thing inside the universe,
the galaxy. And inside the galaxy, the solar system. And inside the solar system, the planets. And inside the planet(especially Earth) are we humans.
And inside us is the heart and soul.
Don't you think?
