how to gain my weight ?

I want to know how to gain my weight. Do you know what i have to do that ? I look like skinny right now. I'm so embarassed while i swim with my friends. My friends share me about powder's protein. Is it safe for me ? Well i could gain my heights now but i couldn't gain my weight yet. Thanks

Please do not be embarrassed because you are skinny. There is nothing wrong with that. I wish that I could say that I am skinny. If you want to gain weight, then eat a lot of ice cream and cakes.

I want to gain weight too, but posting a discussion about it sounded embarrassing.So thanks for doing it for me lol. This is helpful. Im 115 but i want to be at least my normal weight which is 125.

I would stay away from protein powders. Most of them are loaded with a product called whey. From what I remember reading several years ago, whey is a product that the human body has problems breaking down. Since your body doesn't break it down, it sits in your body (maybe for months and years)and that is where the weight gain comes from. If I recall correctly, whey is so hard to break down, that it can't even be disposed of in the sewers...so instead it is turned into powder and added to food. I wouldn't worry much about your weight. My husband was very thin in his teenage years through his mid-20s. He slowly began to fill out even into his 30s and now, despite being a little over 6ft tall, his weight fluctuates between 165-175lbs and he claims to feel healthier when he's closer to 165. Your metabolism will slow down as you get older, and the weight will begin to go up. If you are healthy, then I would worry much about it, stay active and you will probably lead a very healthy life!

I would advice eating a lot of protein, as that is what builds up muscle since I am assuming you want to gain muscle and not fat. If you want to gain fat then eat high calorie foods containing a lot of carbs and fat. Generally protein powder is quite safe unless you are allergic to eggs, because that is the main component in it.

Gain weight in a health way. I would stay away from the cakes and stuff like that. Start by stimulating your appetite with a good multi vitamin. High carbohydrates, try to use the good ones. Unprocessed whole grain. Remember to exercise to build muscle mass instead of fat.

In order to gain weight you need to consume more number of calories then you do usually. firstly, you have to maintain proper timings to eat food and then, whenever you eat food, see to it that you include lots of carbohydrates, and nuts in your food. If you do this on a daily basis you will certainly increase weight, You can even gain weight very easily eating handful of peanuts every day or drinking a glass of milk and immediately eating two large bananas. The second one really helps you to gain weight, if you are slim and look good, why to gain weight, because once you gain weight, its very very difficult to reduce your weight, gaining weight is very very easy but losing is very very very tough. You have to sweat a lot to lose weight. You can gain weight with the natural food products that are available instead of any kind of powders and even the powder which you said you are using, you must use it after your meals and only then you can gain weight, if you use that alone skipping your meals it will help you to reduce your weight. There are many more ways, but these are the easiest ones which I know help gain weight quickly.
