I cannot remember a President who moved as quickly on so many fronts as Obama has. There are plenty of topics I oppose him on, but you have to appreciate his hardwork and activity on so many areas. Hey, take a moment to say the guy has a patience, poise and enthusiasm that is pretty doggone refreshing. Cheer # 1. Hardworking/ keeps his word Cheer #2. Poised and patient... So, what do you say?

Uh.....what promise did he keep? To repeal the patriot act? Nope he infact extended it. To have a waiting period so the public could read the bills and comment on them BEFORE they were signed...Nope he has not done that either. Transparancy? Nope...the last bail out bill was hashed out behind closed doors. Heck most of congressmen did not even get a chance to read it before they voted on it. i have to say I am not impress with him and very mad at congress.

I'm not a Republican but I agree that he's moving fast. Just in the wrong direction. But, apparently the country (the people who voted for him) wanted change. I'm just hoping their happy with the kind of change they are getting.

Keeps his word? Give me a break. He's broken multiple promises including his promise not to hire lobbyists which was one of the things he repeatedly criticized McCain on. He certainly wasn't patient about ramming his stimulus package, nor is he being patient with the healthcare issue. He's so impatient about it that he and his cronies are going to ram it through using reconciliation to avoid a filibuster or any hint of bipartisanship.
