If you had all the money you needed would you truely be happy?

Being wealthy comes with alot of responsibility and stress. Alot of money can definitely give you a better quality of life but that does not necessarily make life happy. Truly being happy means no stress and as little responsibility as possible at my age. And because of medical conditions. So, no, money would not make me truly happy.
