I'm 29, and i do sometimes feel older then how I am, not my looks or nothing like that because peoples say that I still look like I'm 19.
But just my physical part, I don't stretch in the mornings (which I know I should) because I don't want to shrink and be smaller when I do get older.
Or be smaller then my mom, o my gosh that would just suck! because I have always been taller then her but she stretches ever single day.
When my mom went to visit her cousins she has always been smaller in height, but now that she saw them this last time a few weeks ago, because they don't stretch at all, she is 3 inches taller now.
Do you stretch in the mornings?
P.S. Thanx in Advance 4 your replies.

I don't stretch daily, but I really should. I'm in my 20s, but I have awful joints with degenerative issues. I can feel my muscles and my tendons are incredibly tight and my doctors and physical therapists are constantly reminding me to stretch. I find it difficult to take out time for, and I am impatient and don't like to do something so slow for an organized period of time. I'm thinking of trying yoga to help out with this though, because maybe if I feel like I'm working out at the same time as I'm stretching, I will enjoy it more.

Yes, stretching is very beneficial for health. Specially for working people who do not get a lot of time to go to Gym or participate in sports like swimming etc.
I myself have started stretching along with yoga, and I already noticing changes. My waist line has already reduced by an inch and I can feel a sort of glow on my face.
