Do You Paint Your Toe Nails?

About the only time I paint my toenails is during the summer, I wear flip flops and sandals all summer and I think my feet look better with them painted.

Yes I paint my toenails but only in the summer when I wear sandals. There is not much point in painting them in the winter when all I wear are big boots!

Yeah of course…well maintained feet with good colour on the toenails look really great with flip flops. And as you know India being a summer country, open sandals are really a great hit with us ladies. So painted toenails in nice rustic shades look great…I don’t like too bright colours, they don’t really suit the wheatish Indian complexion. I do it throughout the year as so most ladies coz closed shoes are not really a favourite with us and it doesnt go too well with saris.

Yes sometimes i do paint my toe nails when i am in the mood for painting. Right now i have my toe nails painted with a color avocado green which is pretty nice on my toe nails. Actually i just tried it if the color is ok. It starts to fade now so i probably change color or just clean it without the paint. It summer and it look nice sometimes to paint toe nails but depends on the toe of course. Most of the time it is much nicer without the paint, just simply natural.

I do paint my toes I like how they look painted in open toe shoes I especially like doing french pedicures on my feet. Also it helps with the white tip pens that makes it a lot easier to do the tips.

Usually our moms here used to paint their toe nails and finger nails, every week end they go to spas for manicure and pedicure or home service.

Nope...never painted my toe nails before neither the finger nails. Though I know it would look nice but too lazy to do that..... I have seen people do mail art on their nails as well...it's nice but again for me is too lazy. LAZY is the word.

Hey singlemommy! Yes, I do paint my toenails too! I paint them all year around even tough nobody sees them in the winter! I always make sure that they are nicely painted in the summer because I am always wearing sandals! I have started to wear them already! I love my flip flops! I hate wearing shoes! If I don't have to wear them, I don't! If I am just going outside my house sometimes I don't even wear my flip flops! I love to go barefoot! I know it's not too smart because I am always stepping on little pebbles, but I just hate to wear anything on my feet!

Funny, I was just thinking about doing that. It is getting warmer now and I've dug out my open toed dress shoes. I got to thinking that my feet would look better if I painted my toenails.

I don't like my toes and my toenails, and keeping my feet moderately pedicured makes me feel a bit better about them. When my toes are freshly painted and clean, I don't mind showing them to the world, but when they are bare and haven't been given special attention in a while, I get self conscious about them.

I do paint my toe nails...usually i try to go to the salon, but sometimes the work hours get in the way, so sometimes I paint my nails.

Hello Singlemommy, I don't paint my toe nails, but I do give myself a pedicure every once in a while. I like to use Avacodo toe nail oil, then I just buff them, they come out really pretty and shiney.

I am a guy and I have been getting professional pedicures for the past 7 years. I have very light skin and usually wear red polish on my toes. My favorite color is OPI Vodka and Caviar which is a very pretty red that leans toward a blue-red. I live in Southern California and live in open-toe sandals year round and would never think of wearing sandals without a good professional pedicure and red polish on my toes. I get many compliments and everyone says that I have very feminine feet because and that my feet look like a woman's feet without hair and a very nice shape to the toes and the nails. My wife and I usually go to the nail salon together and usually are wearing the same color polish on our toes. Nail polish is fun and is a wonderful form of self expression.

I always keep my toe nails painted. I keep then done more then my finger nails, but for some reason the polish always seems to last longer on my toes. I love my flip flops and like having colors that stand out on my toes.

I used to love to paint my toenails but now I cannot reach them anymore.

i usually paint them about every few weeks all year round. of course, i like to have them a nice colour when others can see them during the summer, but i like to have them a nice colour when i come home after a long day at work and get changed. the bright colour on a long winters day gives me something to smile about!

I do usually in summer. I think as I've aged my nails aren't as cute as they used to be and I think it makes them look "fun" when you are wearing flip flops ect.

I don't paint my toenails even in the summer. I just don't like the smell of nail polish to be honest with you. but they do look pretty. How i really want to put it on sometimes but I hardly wear flip flop. yesterday I wore flipflops to go outside to buy something and it was killing me. Even if i did put on nail polish, no one will see it because i don't think I will ever wear flip flops again. Painful experience yesterday. I think most people only do it during the summer. I don't think you can wear flipflops to work or even sandals.

hi there i am very fond of nail paints and i do paint my toe nails regularly.after every week i remove them and put new shades on toe nails.i donot have long toe nails but paint them for sure.i put light colour shades on my toe nails.and also once in a week i leave them without nail paints so that it doesnot get pale.

Since moving to The Netherlands from California I do not paint my toe nails in the winter because I never get out of my heavy duty socks so no one, not even myself hardly, sees them. But I was born and raised in California and when I lived there I always kept my toe nails painted. I lived in Los Angeles and even though it got cold and I had to wear socks many is the time I didn't so I always kept my toe nails painted just in case!
