I'm glad you're okay!
I've only been in the hospital once too, with some kind of stomach virus when I was little (6? 7 years old?) It must have been really bad because we didn't just go to the hospital, no matter how bad things were. I didn't stay there long... but while I slept, a man was walking around and leaving little presents and balloons for all the kids in the hospital! ^^ It was really sweet.

I have been admitted to the hospital several times. I have sever asthma. A few times the Ambulance (EMS) has had to stick a needle straight to my heart and administer epinephrine to bring me back. I was just in ICU in march for my asthma.

I have been admitted to the hospital 3 times. First time was when I was in second grade. My asthma got very bad and I had to stay in hospital for while. Secone time is when I had my daughter. Third time was just last month for my hernia surgery.

Hi nitesh_hsetin. Yes I have been admitted to a hospital; other than my four times in labour. I was in my twenties and was working in a plastic bottle making company as a silk screener. It was my job to run the machine that printed the ink on the bottles. I was doing my job and the next thing you know, I woke up in the hospital. I remember nothing. Apparently, my kidneys failed. I had no symptoms what so ever. Nada. Nothing.
I have never heard of Dengue Fever, but from the sound of it, you are one lucky person. Congratulations!

I have been admitted to the hospital for the birth of our son! :) I had to stay two nights and I hated it.. the bed was so uncomfortable. Plus I wanted to be AT HOME. But other than that, the staff was VERY NICE! :) I have no complaints there. They were awesome. I liked having my own room and shower. :)

Yes, for the births of my kids, and then once for a hysterectomy. All of these were planned, not emergency, and were really not too bad. I am thankful for basic good health, and available health care if I need it. Glad you survived Dengue fever.

I was in hospital after being struck by a car,
a BMW, to be precise - took me a while to get back on my feet
