"for we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities.." you know how it goes i've gone to church practically my whole life but i've never heard it preached quite the way i did on sunday, the bibles talks to us about being ready to fight and putting on the whole armour of God she said we do combat in our prayers by setting time aside and praying thru situations in our lives and our communities., that's how we fight, you go before god,you pray and you speak to the powers and the spiritual wickedness in high places and u let them Know that god has given you power over every living thing you wrestle with them and subdue them every problem that you have with kids, marital problems, personal ones with fear insecurity problems on the job once you submit your life to Jesus Christ and is living in his will certain things shouldn't have a part in your life problems are how the devil attacks us and we don't accept these things as if we have no say we stand on the authority of Jesus Christ and say i am a child of god i will not settle for nothing less and change your circumstance God promises us whatsoever we bind on earth will be bound in heaven so live in victory all we have to do is be militant all we have to do is pray and stand on the promises of god I look back in retrosight now and seem so many things i could have changed if i only understood how to fight

That is a very good analogy and one that is so true. We talked on Sunday about Paul being shipwrecked, and the first thing they did when they reached dry ground was Build a fire. That way when the serpent bit him, he was able to shake it off into the fire. If we keep the fires of our christian life burning, then when Satan comes around and tries to "bite" us, then we can shake him off and keep going.
