Have you noticed if anyone has a bit too much to drink they always whisper and put a finger to their mouth and say shhhh. Why?

um....not unless you're trying to not wake up your parents in the other room?? I dunno. My aunt used to get wasted and tug on her lip bc it went numb. She also went hot tubbing. But maybe that's just her.

I've only ever seen people on films & TV do it. My own personal experience of drunk people is that they are loud and often obnoxious with it.

I've never really seen that except in the movies but I know it happens. It's probably because once they've had too much to drink they feel in a mood to confide things that they shouldn't and they don't want anyone else to hear!
