Teaching is a sterling profession because it is the mother of all kinds of profession. It is the source of other professions such as engineers, doctors, lawyers, nurses, accountants, and the like. Are you in agreement with this?

I agree with you that teaching is a sterling profession and that it is the mother of all kinds of professions... since we wouldn't have doctors, architects, even mechanics if there are no teachers who in one way or another inspired people to strive and become professionals...

Yes, I agree with you that no profession can match the teaching profession. It is the teachers who make Engineerings, Doctors, Lawyers and Politicians. Teachers nurtures, help and groom their students to become great persons and professional in their life. We must always respect teachers and teaching professions. It is the noblest of professions and very rewarding and fulfilling in my views. I always wanted to be a teacher, but somehow could not become. Good Post! dpk P.S. - Are you a teacher or someone in your family a teacher?

Hello dpk! I am with you that all can become teachers in our own way. As for parents like you and I, we are the first teachers of our children anyway. I say your kids are lucky to have a parent and a teacher like you who is passionate enough to guide them. Blessings!

Yes, I do agree with you. Teaching is a very difficult job, it not easy at all. It require hard work, perseverance, and strong mental and of course a high passion and patient. I'm a teacher myself, and it not easy to taught. Teacher wants the best for their pupils, but not all pupils can give cooperation and pupils have different needs, therefore it so hard to balance each and every pupils need, that's why a teaching profession requires strong passion, or if not, you give up easily.

It is actually a noble job but people from the rich family despise it anyway . Although it is a noble job but nowadays people tend to abuse it but molesting their own students which is a very sad case yea .

Hello there. I say that teachers molesting their students are not real teachers but are devils pretending to be angels....on the other hand, I still believe that there are more good teachers out there who have the passion to teach good morals and right conduct to the future generation....Blessings!:)

Yes, I do agree with you. There is no question about it. They are certainly the reason why people become professionals. It is really a noble profession and it is something that teachers should be proud of. They mold people into becoming someone that is of use to society. Without them, there would be no professionals. Certainly they deserve the commendation and honors.

How teacher are ranked in a country has a lot to do with the qualification of the whole nation. Teachers are most respected in Finland. Since 2000, Finland students have been ranked upfront among international students. Their foremost leisure activity is reading. The secret lies in the role of teachers, as the example of enjoy learning and being good at learning. Pupils learn English from primary school, and another language from middel school, which is beneficial for acquiring global information. They combine knowledge with current world development in natural and social sciences. Physical overseas exposure is common for younger people, as in most north european countries. The teachers and educational system contribute a lot for an open minded and creative generation.

I agree with you. Teacher is a the most respectful job on earth, because without teachers, there will be no other professions. And without teachers, we would live in the dark age where knowledge is almost out of reach.

Hello always! I just hope that all humans would view the teaching profession as how you view it. Nevertheless, because of other things, some think that having more wealth here on earth is more necessary. That is why, instead of venturing into teaching, they go for professions that would keep them make a lot of money. Do u agree with this friends?

I agree with you. I am a teacher and I do it for kids. I hate all the other stuff that makes teaching not fun. There are so many things we have to teach in a year and there just isn't enough days. I wish they would cut some standards so that we could focus on making sure our students know the material and not just a glance at it.

I truly agree with you that teaching should include high standard. What matters in teaching should be the quality and not the quantity....

Yes, I think teaching is worth dying for, but you have to have stamina. It's not an easy job, but if you are a dedicated teacher and take your job as a profession then you will be satisfied with what you are achieving. I am a teacher myself and personally I don't see me doing some other kind of job. Maybe this could either be an advantage or disadvantage. It depends how you look at it.

Hello there. Just like what you have said, teaching is a profession. that is the reason why you do not see yourself doing other jobs because you do not view teaching plainly as your job. They say that there is a difference between job and profession. Blessings!:)
