I have a terrible habit of leaving my cell phone charger plugged in when I am not using it! From what I understand, a cell phone charger will still suck juice (electricity) from the wall, even when your phone is not charging!
So, myLotters....do you leave your charger plugged in when you are not charging your phone??

I never leave my cell phone charger plugged in if I am not using it. Things like that are considered to be energy vampires because it will use electricity and it will run your bill up rather high if you are not careful. It's useless if left plugged in and it just ends up creating a bigger problem in the end! It only takes a second to unplug it!

We always unplug when our cells are charged not to mention unplug just about everything else not being used. Anything plugged in is still pulling juice & right now even those few pennies add up fast

I automatically unplug mine when I take the phone off charge. I don't like leaving anything electric plugged in if I don't have to.

Oh... my darling Aprillynn... anything plugged into the wall still pulls electricity from it regardless of if its on or not. Turning things off helps, but doesn't eliminate.
On Oprah a few months ago there was this woman who apparantly has too much time on her hands and unplugs EVERYTHING except the fridge. Tv, computer, microwave, dvd players, plastations, alarm clocks... EVERYTHING! ..... but her electric bill was SUPER cheap! I wish I had too much time on my hands....
But yeah, we leave everything plugged in. Hell, we leave the tv on all the time and the computer and whatever else. Damn electric bill anyway...

While some juice might be being sucked out, most chargers don't have a complete circuit until the cell phone is plugged in, and as such don't draw a significant amount of power from the wall. Leaving Cable TV box plugged in will draw considerably more power.
