Best Sermon

It is found in Matthew chapters 5 through 7. Mohandas K. Gandhi said to the British Viceroy, Lord Irwin "When your country and mine shall get together on the teachings laid down by Christ in this "Sermon on the Mount", we shall have solved the problems not only of our own countries, but those of the whole world". That is quite a statement, but if one reads the Sermon, it is clearly true.

The best sermons I have ever heard came from the TV Evanglist Jimmy Zwaggart. I heard these when I lived in Curacao 22 years ago. I was so deeply hurt, when I found he did not do what he preached. At that time I was to young to realize, we are all people and we all make mistakes. Take care, have a nice evening.

I heard a lot of good sermons and cannot say what was the best one. They were all so good no matter what the subject was. We did have a series of sermon on Gideon how he turned out humnble at first and then he got proud and how it ruined him.

I do not have a best sermon. There were quite a few of them, such as on forgiveness, that there are certain things that cannot be forgiven and they have to do with those that hinder the work of God. But the most important was that no matter what we do, we have to glorify God and that nothing is too small and insignificant. So even a housewife washing dishes and looking after her family is glorifying God. She does not have to preach a sermon.
