Can people become addicted to bullying?

In my opinion no, most kids who bully just want to be feared or makes them popular, but theres a difference to a real bully that beats up kids for the fun of it and has some mental issues XD

It is away they are trying to get attention and yes it would be addicted if that was the only way someone would notice you.

As I commented in response number 1, physiologically some people's brains are susceptible to become addicted to behavior or chemicals that stimulates their pleasure response. Steve
