Idea 1) Count calories ... count the amount you are currently eating (be honest with yourself) and then decrease the amount by 500 or 1000 depending on how many you are overeating by, baring in mind a woman should eat 2000 and a man 2500.
Idea 2) Eat little but often ... make one meal and separate it into three sittings spread out with an hour between them.
Idea 3) Cut out snacking, depending on whether you snack a lot or not. If you do not then this will not be useful.
Idea 4) Exercise more, this could be walking places you usually drive to, or joining the local gym, or taking time out of your day to go for a jog etc.

I am not sure which country you live in, but here in England the calories in food are on the back of the packaging. The calories are the kcals. Yes you can still eat fruit, because while some are higher in calories than people think, it is still more healthy than a biscuit or a packet of crisps.

Hi!Elixiriess!thanks for the information,it will help me a lot. . honest how will i count the calories in my foods?im a heavy eater . . nways,i cant also exercise or go to gym in my own because this is not a open country especially for me,im not a citizen here,ill not eat snack anymore...but if im hungry can i eat fruits?how about drinking fruit juices?

3-2-1 lose the baby bulge is pretty good. It is eating healthy. Drinking a lot of water and excersizing. I think the important thing is to stick to you diet what ever you decide. Staying with a diet is the hardest part of losing wight I think! Good Luck and make sure you are also taking vatamins whatever diet you go with.

thanks for the information,hmmm . .but im too lazy to exercise . .but well i do whatever you say,ill be losing weight in no time,ill drink a lot of water,no softdrinks,no coffee,no pizzas,no burgers(huhuhuhu,i think i can't do it)but strive hard right? . .well godbless!

Eat small portions of well balanced meals every couple of hours. I mean really small portions pretend your feeding a small child just light snacks nothing too fattening. Eat like lots of fruit and vegetables drink lots of water. Eat whatever you want just make is small and start going for walks walk for an hour or half an hour even 15 minutes is good and you can work up to walking as far as you can everyday or every other day. If you don't feel like walking then do some stretches and march in place. Yoga is good, just do what you can don't push yourself. Try not to eat out and stay away from a lot of sugar. Eat more healthy foods do some research online about whats healthy for you to eat. And lastly give yourself some time it takes a while to get rid of fat the older you get the harder it is to lose it. But you will be able to do it just keep thinking positive.
