staying slim is difficult.....

thats good for you, but in my situation as i saw my self in the mirror i have notice that i am getting old because of my slim body as i always wanted to have a regular or even a chubby body, but that is only on my day dream because i try to gain more weight but it is hard to get. I also notice some changes on my body parts like my skin now in dry and my face have some wrinkles and dark spots.

wow that's nice. for me it's the reverse, i am eating very much to gain weight. i hate being slim. i am not so thin but the fact that i enrolled in the martial art, people will laugh at you.
