does it make you feel self conscious? I recently gained 12 pounds but I really did need it because i was underweight and too skinny. But the thing is that i had stayed at that underweight status since i was 12 years old so this new weight, even though it is only 12 pounds, is kind of a big change for me...my clothes are tighter but on a plus side some clothes that were a tad big before fit now,,,and I cannot complain about my bust being a little bigger :)....but anyways how many of you have gained weight and how does/did it make you feel?

Well, I'm the typical skinny person. I need to gain weight. I am always trying to gain weight! For the last 10 or 15 years of my life, my weight has stayed between 90-100lbs. I would be totally elated if I ever weighed beyond 100lbs! Having a little bit of meat on me would make me feel much, much better about myself!

And i know how you feel too, before i always felt like i was a petite waif, i like being petite but i always felt too skinny like my legs and arms were sticks, and it definitely does make me feel at least healthier being a little bit heavier,

well i am happy for you, as for me i try to gain more weight for in my age my weight is also an underweight which i have tried many things to gain more pounds to my body, some said that i could not get any additional weight if i have lots of problems to think but the problem is, i could not escape from the problems that i been handling for it is my responsibility to manage it because no one can solve my problem. So i rather wait the moment that i could gain weight .

I know how you feel, before I felt like there was no way that i could ever get any more weight, i tried all different kinds of food to make me gain weight, like lots of protein and what not, i still have no idea what made me gain the weight because i stopped trying and just ate whatever without thinking...i wish i had some advice for you :(

Oh its terrible. There is nothing so nagging as weight gain. For the past three months I have added a lot of fats and now I feel embarrsadingly bad. Nut I have to start as soon as possible to control diet and exercise.
