i need a very protein rich diet for my kid, also he needs to put on about 5 kg till the next month end.the diet however should be very high in proteins. Alo i need the same food for my daughter, but she needs to reduce about 5 kg till next month end..
p.s: they are both athlets and under training.

For weight gain stimulate the appetite with a good multi vitamin. Losing weight on a high protein diet will be a little more difficult.
Weight Gain: Whole milk, cottage cheese, fish, eggs, powered protein to be mixed in drinks.
Weight Loss: Skim milk, low-fat cottage cheese, fish, eggs, powdered protein.
