Final Fantasy, WOW, and Diablo top 3. As for when I started lets go back Zelda. there has been many of suck RPG's mostly free online games. PS3 and PC for best results.

I am n RPG fan for almost years. I would say 14 years now. I have played not almost all the RPG games, because some of them, I just download and play in my Laptop or PC. I have a PS2, NDS, PSP, GBA and PC. Planning to to get a PS3 or XBOX when I have enough money for it. I can't say what to recommend because there are a lot of RPG games. But the best I played is the FF Series, SUikoden Series, Tales Series. Hehehe.

RPGs are such good games, one of my favourite game genres for sure. Without a doubt my favourite RPG is Diablo1/2 (im waiting for number 3!) I loved Diablo for its storyline and endless number of items and skills you could choose. There were many different ways to play a single character which kept things interesting, even though the quests were repetitive. I also really enjoyed Fallout 3 recently, even though its half RPG and half FPS, it has some great RPG elements.
