Well according to my professor, an abstract art doesn't seem "abstract" and believe it or not most artists shift to abstract art than realism. This is because in realism, you usually "copy" the reality rather than making an art out of it or on your own imagination. Abstract art springs usually from one's imagination or emotions (like some artists usually paint on canvas whatever they feel at the moment).. Personally I prefer abstract art because it doesn't concentrate on art's 'beauty' rather, it focuses more on 'art' as it is.. :-)

yup! I appreciate abstract art! I think behind abstract paintings there are deeper meanings behind the weird looks of it. I think it is a graceful expression of one's self

I appreciate abstract art. Not because i love it, but the people who create it are very serious about their work. Even if people like me doesn't get a hang of what's scribbled about, many people can really tell the subject without even looking at the notes, some can even tell the artist's name by just seeing the art!
Happy mylotting then.
