How do we deal with differences between the work ?

In our work,as a result of personality,and cultural diffrences,our way of thinking and consider different angle.To the same events,We can not consider it from the same point of view (and the same direction).Then there is the differences,how do we deal with it?

Can you explain that in details? I mean what kind of problem or situation people met in the work although i have not met that before, but I can help you solve it by suggseting you some fresh ideas.
