Why did you join Mylot ?

Hi everyone I was wondering how you could get more referrals so I wanted to know how and why you joined mylot. I have a few referrals but none of them is active because they didn't have any genuine interest in the first place. So I wanted to collect more information from active members of mylot (such as yourself if your reading this discussion) of why you joined either you were referred or you were searching for something or it was just by chance that you came here.
