Stones worth $138 received in a box by a boy shipped by a renowned online store in place of a new Nintendo DS gifted by his mom Jodi Wykle at the time of his birthday must have been viewed with disgust by everybody involved in this incident, the dispatching store, the boy and not the least his mother. Though the lady was refunded back the sum of $138 along with a $20 gift but keeping in view the pain and suffering sustained by both the mom and the boy in my opinion the recompence is not enough. Additionally those responsible for bringing bad name to such a reputable store should be brought to book.
The question put forward by me before my myLot friends is that "Is there adequate remedy for such a wrong doing?" If yes, to what extent the law provides them support for compensation. Thanks
