lack of sleep

do you get that 8 hours of sleep every night?! or your always slacking down because you don't have that enough sleep to go thru the day??? if you just got 4-6 hours of sleep per day, what and how would you feel??? because lately, im always lacks that beauty rest and a good sleep... and now, its like my eyes are getting heavier and if only im not in the office., i would definitely go to dream world...*yawn*

I have a sleeping disorder, insomnia and i have been suffering from it for years.. i usually sleep around three in the morning and i wake up around ten in the morning.. maybe my ailment has something to do with my sleeping dilemma and i hate it, big time! as much as i wanted to get beauty rest and good sleep, i can't! yay!

i never get 8 hours of sleep a day.i always sleep late at night and wakes up early in the morning that is why i just only sleep at least 5 hours a day. it makes me feel weak by lack of sleep and i could not do anything that i wanted to do.

hello;
an 8 hour sleep is just for kids, and 6 hour sleep is for adult. i think that it depends on the body clock of the person specially if this person got used to sleep late or a night person. and also the lifestyle of the person has also a big factor in terms of getting a better sleep.

I go to bed time each day at 10 pm. and i have more than eight hours to sleep, but I still often feel very trapped during the day, you know I do not lack of sleep! This is another very disturbing, perhaps, I really sleep too much, and i am wasting my time in the sleep.
