Why do you think SJP is going about adding to her family this way? She had a successful pregnancy before - is it because she's "older" now? What do you think of this? (Especially with stars adopting kids -there ARE so many kids that need adopting!)

I think that some stars do leave it late to have children. Even if they can have children naturally some choose to adopt from abroad like Angelina Jolie. Sarah Jessica Parker has gone down the surrogate way to have her twins. It must be because she is older now. After age 40 it can be difficult for some ladies to get pregnant. I think that it is Sarah's choice so it is fine.

This is the first I have heard of it. Yeah it may be age. You know the older you get the riskier a pregnancy can get. Also if she has roles in movies or something that may be it. The thing about a syrogate mom is its still hers. She puts an egg of her own and a sperm of her husbands in another woman. All the woman is doing is carrying their child for them. I personally dont see whats wrong with this. Unless there is more to this that I am not hearing. I can see your point about adoption but if she used her own egg then its to have her own child so technically there really doesn't appear anything wrong.
