simon cowell is leaving american idol?

i just heard from 'e' news that simon may be leaving american idol. i think the reason he's leaving because he's making lots of money on his own show, britain's got talent. he's making around 600 million pounds in showbiz itself. i respect for all his views because he's just being himself when it comes to judging.
give me your reason on why simon cowell may leave american idol?

I think that would be awful if Simon left american idol. He makes the show for me always has from the first season. Paula gets on my nerves, Randy is cool and the new judge I don't like much. It feels like she is just stuck in there. I liked it better with just the original three judges.

Oh, that's sad. He's one of best critics when it comes to choosing his the best singer in the American Idol. I think he should have both but i guess money matter really come in when it comes to the best shows. now, that he's hosting he's own shown in his own country, Britain.Hmmm, was it recently that the Show In the U.S. got another Judge and had slighty humiliated simon in some way when judging the contestant?? maybe so.
