There are many movie lovers in this world, who not only watch any movie twice but may be they go for the same movie in theaters for 6 to 7 times. Till now Titanic is the movie for which I have visited movie theater for 4 times. I go for a movie for the second time, only when I feel that the feelings of the movie can really effect me again. I mean to say, the inside of me. How about you? have you ever seen any movie twice in theaters?

Yes, I have. I have watched two movies, each twice in Theatre. These movies are: 1. Kal Ho Na Ho (Hindi) 2. Malamaal Weekly (Hindi) I usually do not watch movies twice in theatre. But some friends insisted me on either occasions and I had to accompany them. These were good movies though! Apart from this, I have watched Casino Royale for about 10 times, but only once in theatre, on my Computer the other times.

I've gotta say, I've never seen a movie twice at the theater. I rarely even watch them twice at home since I barely ever have the time. But definitely not when it costs $10 each time to see the movie.

Here the price of tickets is always the same, and then every so often it goes up. But it never seems to go down. I know some people who still go frequently to see movies, but they don't pay for cable so if you don't have TV at home I guess it would be pretty boring to never see any movies at all.

Well, I can understand that. I wont go for even once, if the cost is that much. Here also I wait for the price of tickets to lower, and then go for it.

May be they don't get enough time at home to see TV. Or may be they are less interested in watching TV rather then watching a movie.

I also seen Titanic twice in the cinema, you haven't? lol. The Mighty Ducks 3 is one of the movie I had seen in the cinema twice. I was inlove with Joshua Jackson back then and by seeing him in a large screen made me inspired to passed my scholarship exam so to thank him of what he has done to me I watched it again. I also watched Mission Impossible 3 in the cinema twice same story I was inlove with Tom Cruise.

nope, that would be a waste of time for me. i get bored when i watch a movie that is already seen by me. after the movie in a theater, i went straight home.i just only watch it once, but if given a chance to kill the time and wait for someone after watching the show but still you must wait for someone, then i will just stay inside the theater.

Hello navonly, I have never watched any movies in the cinema more than once. I think for me, once is enough though I like the movie very much. I love Titanic too and also Lord of the Ring but I only watched them once in the cinema. I don't like to watch something that I already know the ending. I feel like talking and telling people around while watching it. If that's the case, other audiences will definitely ask me to shut up!

Hello navonly, There are many reasons for me to spend money and watch movie at the cinema. If it s based on a book, I definitely know the whole story but I still go if the storyline is very interesting and I want to see how they adapt the story from a book to a silver screen. I don't watch a movie at the cinema for a second time because I already knew the whole plot and and everything and it makes me less interested to go and watch again though I like the movie very much.

I can't say I have seen a movie twice in a theatre, only on DVD. My sister saw Titanic several times. She loved the film so much that after she saw it for the first time she took most of her friends and family to see it at different times. I don't remember how many times she watched it but it was quite a few! After she took my mum and I to see it I asked her how many more times she was planning to come back and suggested she take everyone all at once, a lot cheaper, I thought, but she wouldn't have it; she loved the movie that much and she loved seeing again and again (and again...and again...)

We used to have a number of second run theaters where the movies cost only a dollar. I have seen a movie and then gone back with a friend I thought should see it but it has been a very long time.

Some movie is so good, it's worth to be seen many times. The scene and sound is so great. You can't watch the same at home. I have seen Ring of Lord at theater 3 times. To ordinary movie, download from internet.

Well.. thats one of the reason for me too, and others are like, I can watch the movie without any disturbance of parents, as they are often ready with one or the other work, whenever I am watching movie at home.

There is only one Hindi movie which I went to theatre twice to watch. The second time we went because there was no other movie to watch. And though I felt the movie to be a great movie the first time, the second time I found it quite ridiculous. Otherwise I have never been to a theatre more than once to watch the movie. I bring the CD home and watch it. There are several movies I have watched several times after watching it in the theatre but in the comforts of home.

10 to 15 years ago my answer to this question would be yes. There was a time when if I liked the movie a lot I would take the trouble of going to the theatres to watch it multiple times. But now I hardly go to cinema houses anymore. Have gone just 3 times in 9 years. So no question of seeing a movie twice now.

The reason why I have seen just three movies in nine years because I think I do not have the company to go to theatres now....the choice of films that my kids enjoy and what I enjoy is different. I have seen Titanic and recently Hello in the theatres. Cannot remember the third film just now.

No, I don't think it means that way. I'm just being practical. If I've seen it on the theaters why watch it again? I'd rather save my money and wait till the movie is out on DVD. I love watching movies. In fact I almost watch movies every day.

This is gonna prove my age ... Years ago, when dinosaurs ruled the Earth, I used to go to the flicks with my mum after school once a week - her treat for doing my homework. Anyhow, this was an old Granada, all faded curtains, Pearl and Dean and plaster cherubs. You just sat and watched the movie on a reel - non stop, round and round, and no one ever threw you out! We sat down to watch Zulu. I thought I'd hate it, but I was mesmerized. It just hit all the right spots for me at the time. Me and my Mum watched it 4X round. We were the only ones in the cinema! We got home at midnight. My dad thought we'd been kidnapped ...

I seem to remember them 'having words' about the fact I had to go to school the next morning, and Mum saying: 'Maybe if you took me out a bit more, I wouldn't have to share popcorn with the kids ...'

I have, not by choice but I have. I have not paid twice for any movie I’ve seen though. I think I’ve watched a few with my sister because I know they wouldn’t go unless I did too and I knew they really needed to see it. I don’t even buy movies because I know I will only watch them once by choice. (most of them). it’s not the same especially in theater seeing it twice. I get bored during movies anyway.
