Dwelling on problems inside your head also can make them bigger!! than they are..which can lead to health problems too........so lets think on good things and be positive on how we handle our problems...

well i love to exercise nd therefore whenever i feel stress i go for exercise it is the best way to beat your stress a healthy way

that is a very constructive and healthy way. Good for you! I love to go to church and give my problems to God....He surely can handle them better than me.....

Hmmm me, sometimes I just talk to my relatives, they are close to me though and have a good laugh at them that makes me tend to forget about problems and stress especially from work. Sometimes I chat with friends on the internet when I am in work, just to loosen up the tension and free me from the work stress. But the stress remover I always love is drawing, if I can draw whatever I feel on that piece of paper, all my stress will be gone and then I can breathe again. Hehehe

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage stress, as it is part of life in busy world.
But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
