Today one of my friend just asked me......everything that the bible says is true and i agree with that......but why is there no mention about Jesus from the age of 12 years to 30 years in the bible.....I had no clue what to say because i myself was not sure about it.....i came back home and did some research and indeed people say there is no mention....i did not find any answer which i could say was all that convincing......so i am putting it out on the best place....mylot, because i have been find such good discussions, arguments that i feel certainly the mylotters would have an answer to this!!!! I personally feel that these kind of questions are put up to us so that our faith quiver a little here and there....I have strong faith in god and will continue to be and so i want to answer all those questions which can be put upto me by some people....please tell me friends about this, as to be honest i don't know the bible word to word......and i would like to learn more on it......

A strange question. I don't know for certain but I was under the impression that during those times Jesus was walking around with John the baptist and perhaps some of his other disciples and he was teaching them about his Father. Some people even mention the fact that Jesus had other siblings so maybe he was spending some quality time with them. If I were you I would simply keep digging in the bible and searching for the correct answers. You may or may not find what ur looking for but surely if you continue to seek I believe that God will give you an answer that will satisfy you. May God bless you in ur quest for truth.

It is good to have questions and want to learn more. The first thing I want to say about the Bible, it is not a history book. The Bible was not written as a book to give us an accurate account of history. The bible was written as books and letters to certain people to tell of certain things that happened, but did not give all the detail. There would never be enough space in one book to give all the detail. The Bible is a book that tells us about God's dealings with people, and His love for people. The Bible is there to teach us about God, and the more we know God, the more we love Him. There are a lot of questions that are irrelevant to spititual growth, and we will not get all the answers. The answers that we do need, those which will help us grow closer to God and help us enter eternal life, those answers we will find in the Bible. Don't feel discouraged if you can't answer some one's questions, just do the best you can to study the Word and enrich your knowledge about God. You will learn that He is a wonderfull Father who love all people very much. The Bible is a never ending source of spiritual teaching, I can't get enough of it. Hope you find pleasure in your Bible reading and study. Blessings

What age was Jesus?

the reason is from 12yrs of age up until his public ministry began when he was about 30yrs old, Jesus lived a normal life of obscurity as we all do. when he was baptized with the Holy Ghost and began his ministry that's when his public life truly began and that's what the writers of the Gospel reported on. that's the same way it is today, we don't hear much of a celebrity until they become famous.
