Why do most PTC Sites turn out to be a big SCAM???

Why do most these sites getting into scamming people? Do they really enjoy earning at the expense of others? And why do people invest in all of these SCAM sites? Is it just because of their big promises which is a big LIE? I hope these comments makes sense to all person who's investing their hard earned money in these PTC sites. Dont rely on some proofs, remember earning money is not just easy.

Here is what I have found. The ones that first came up with the idea are really the only legit ones. Most of the ones that try to mock these first sites are mostly just big scams with no intentions of paying out. They make up things like Auto Payout is temporarily down, etc. Personally I have never, and will never put any of my own actual money into any of these systems. I will try the sites out and once I receive payment, can confirm that they are legit and paying. The money I receive from payouts is the only money I will ever put back into these sites with the simple idea of never actually losing money. The only real loss is time but that is not to be taken lightly either.
