why people are scammers

some are scammers for the reason that they are really in much need. some are doing it for fun but some are trying to look cool and are jealous of others.

This question is like asking why do some people become thiefs? Obviously when u are in great need of money,theres nobody in your house to earn,and you'll die of hunger then you have no option but to steal/scam people.I'm not supporting these people but since you are asking why they are,i think that is the reason.Its like the last resort.When you have no job,need money urgently say for a costly treatment at a hospital,etc then this is the only option that they have. Again,there might be some rich people who scam others.I dont know how many of such people are there,but there could only be one reason for such people- Greed

It doesn't matter educated and non educated so most of the people turning towards in the scam, in daily transaction they like to do scam things with people so they need to change their attitude my friend.
