Wetdreams: how often do you get them?

How often do you get wetdreams? And do you find that as you grow older, you get them less? This question is mostly for guys, but I suppose girls can have them too, minus the wet part. I'm a girl, but even I can tell that my hormones are at the age where their raging, but I'm sure with age and maturity, they'll go back to normal. As for guys, are they always so aroused?
