in times of frustrations, pain and in doubt, how do you handle your problems when you got nothing left in your side. your friends are not there.

Usually i have my friends with me, i talk to them and get the anger out of myself. Here their views and then decide for myself. But if i don't have my friends with me then again i am very firm with my decisions, i'll take time and think about every aspect and then decide what to do next. I don't go back once i decide to do something.

I just grew out of being dependent to my friends, before I used to cling to them too much for solutions. But when the time comes that you become a professional and you are delegated with a lot of responsibilities the only thing we need to do is do what ever is necessary.
I have learned how to control my emotions and just suck it up, meaning even though I am uncomfortable in doing something I do it. Especially when a lot of people are depending on you. I have experienced this once in a month ever since I lost a stable job Last year. But God is good and he still gives me guidance in each and every situation that I feel I am trapped. Worrying too much and panicking is not good.It never resolves the situation.
Another important tool in problems is having a plan, when you engage in something that you know might end up as a problem in the end. You must have a plan B so you don't get stuck.
And if there is a unavoidable problem you need to get to the bottom of it and not look at it as a whole, sometimes overwhelming problems can be solved in the simplest of ways we just don't see it because we are concerned in several different aspects of it all in the same time.

Well when m totally messed up...honestly i turn to Him...i feel a sense of relief and security after i have cried out in front of Him and leave things up to Him....it gives me an assurance that no matter how tough and impossible today seems...but He will work out things for the best...
yeah there r times when i do feel weak to see a ray of hope...but then i give my self a reality check...and set the record straight....
have Faith..pray...do ur best...and leave the rest to Him...He will work things out for the best!!!

I have had to learn alot of dealing with problems let downs and not having anyone there to help me thru it. Honestly you just have to take it a step at a time or you will get way too overwhelmed and you'll find yourself not yourself. You just have to think it out, look at all the options or the situation you are in. It can be so hard but you have to try and look at the positive side of any problem that you have. Even if it doesn't seem like there is one, you have to force yourself to try and be positive even when you don't want to be. Like the quote says "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift, that is why it is called the present." Be thankful for every day that you have and hang in there! :)
