Do you keep a place for your cat to do his"stuffs" in your house?

I used to keep a bowl with some sand in it so thathe can do his "stuffs" in it, but now he is grown up and he goes outside to do that. What about you, do you keep a bowl for him?

I have a litter box in my spare room for my cat, but most of the time she goes outside to use the bathroom.

We have a small apartment and just one cat, 3 years old. We have a litter box for her, but since we are low on space, it is under our table and out of the way (we never use our table to eat at, don't worry). We try to scoop it out every couple of days and use the good "clumping" litter. She has never refused to use it once, and it isn't smelly, so I guess we are doing fine.
