how to lose your weight

My roomtates always want to lose our weight.But it is just a dream.Last night,xiaomi only ate a bowl of porridge and a small baozi.But to our surprise,she was so hungry that xiaomi ate instant noodle and a chinese hamburger.Oh,how can she lose her weight?

pppppppppllllllllllssssssss someone tell me how to lose weight....i desperately wanna do it...but i honestly dont have time for exercises....n by the end of the day m too tired to even lift a finger.....pls someone help me out!!!!

Losing weight is very easy. Just do regular exercise and eat a healthy diet. Never ever skip meals because you will not do good in your activities. Of course, it is very hard to think well when you're hungry. Also, eating a low-caloric meal and burning it fast with an exercise will hasten the weight improvement. But sometimes, we think that doing exercise is a tiresome. One exercise that i can recommend is belly dancing. It is simple and yet you sweat a lot when doing this. I find it an amazing exercise because it helps you to release the tension of your muscles. Why not try a session with it and absolutely you'll enjoy!

She should try to eat enough during meal times so she doesn't get hungry and eat bad foods. Also the smell of mint and citrus can make you eat less. Maybe she should try buying some scents or aromatherapy oil and see if that helps. Good luck to Xiaomi.

I will tell you how she can lose 10 kg in a month. is simple. So.. Morning; one coffe no sugar, or tea, one egg boiled,50g cheese Lunch; 50 g cheese, 250g fish or chiken, no skin,to grill Dinner, before 7 a clock in the evening, never after, so, same as was to lunch. No fruits, no vegetables, because all this have sugar inside. 2l water in a day, and o,30 min in a day just to walk. Is a way to weight very easy, and never she is not hungry, because of proteins.and cheese help to keep calcium too. Is a way to lose weight withaut sugar...this make us to be fat, sugar. AFTER a month she can eat what she want, but keep good sense in all, and never...NEVER SUGAR, JUST 15 G IN ONE DAY...BUT REMEMBER, THAT ALL VEGETABLES AND FRUITS HAVE SUGAR INSIDE, SO MUST TO BE CAREFUL TO CALCULATE HOW MUCH SUGAR SHE EAT IN ONE DAY...AND ALL SHES LIFE WILL BE OK. ANY WAY, SUGAR IS VERY BAD FOR HEALTH, TO MUCH IS OBESITY, DIABET AND OTHER DESEASE TOO. 100% SHE WILL LOSE 10 KG IN A MONTH. IS EASY.

she should simply reduce calories. there is what we call as the maintainable calorie per day. she has to reduce that. don't tell her not to eat. it is not a good idea, she just have to eat foods with less calories. and maintain it everyday.
