do you feel strange somebody wash these windows before raining?

today my friend ask my question "why somebody wash their windows before rainning?",do you feel this strange?I feel those men more clever than others.what do you think of this?share with us

sometime i also wash my window before raining, i will rub the soap on the window which is facing outside my house, then i close the window, when it's raining, the soap will wash away by the rain

This seems to be a good idea. lol. It sure saves a lot of water and effort. I shall try it this way the next time round.
