Do you like your neighbor?

I can't stand one of my neighbors with a passion. From the time we moved in he was nothing but rude to us and it seems he is that way with the rest of our neighbors. One of our dogs got loose one day and chased his outdoor cat. He didn't chase the cat far, just to the side of the house and then he came back, he is pretty good with his boundaries and is scared to go far from the house. Anyway, about 6-7 hours AFTER this happened, I guess it was around midnight, he comes to our BEDROOM window and starts yelling through the window about our dog chasing his cat. When our dog chased his cat I apologized right on the spot since he was outside working on his car. So why would he wait so many hours later and all of a sudden be furious? He kind of sounded drunk so that is the only reason I could come up with, but this man has some serious mood swings that even I, a female, do not understand lol. Some neighbors are just not "neighborly" I guess!

I'm not involved with my neighbor that much, but to be honest with you, I do pretend to like them, cause I think it is really important to do that. I may have troubles someday and my parents are just not in. So I seemingly like my neighbor.

I always respect old people because they have so much experience but I have seen many of them so they don't respect old people so that is really bad for them.
