Has anyone ever hear of a rug hugger

ok so i love cats, and have had several, i bring them home, and then beg my fiance and he gives in and usually lets me keep them, so yeah i have had many cats. but anyways i was looking on google for a perfect cat for me, and i want a cat that will love me and want to be around me for ever type deal, and i really like the persians kitty's.. well any cat that has a lot of fur i would love, i love bathing and grooming them. but i was looking at this breeder who had a special breed of cats and they were tea cup persians, like they were so small(!) and i want one,and they are so cute, but the lady told me that if they fall of a couch or chair, they could have some serious heart problems, and the cheapest i have found them to be was like 900 bucks, and going to 1200 bucks, thats a lot of money for a cat, heck i think anything of 50 bucks is alot for a cat. well let me know if oyu have ever heard of them or own one. :D
