Have you read this?Formerly he asked to provide his case notes in Urdu,asked for a Pakistan lawyer and now,he wants freedom to roam in the jail.I wonder,why he is given chances to claim whatever he wants?He was not arrested under suspicion,but caught red handed.Why our Indian Government playing it so smooth?

Its the layer provided by the Indian govt. who is defending him like he is his relative.. first the layer need to be blamed. He wrote letter to his layer, now the layer will put it in court, looks like he will be provided with all the facilities too.. as far this layer is handling his case. He should have been provided with a layer who make sure that he will be punished at the earliest, but this crap is defending as he is his brother.

Exactly, he seems to be an Uninvited guest of India. The layer is a total crap. I Wonder why these things are being provided for a terrorist? There shoul be no mercy shown to the terrorist and he should be immediately persecuted. The Vote bank politics of the ruling government is reaching an unbearable extent and it cannot be tolerated anymore.

Kasab was caught red handed. He deserved to be hanged immidiately.However our government is spending thousands on his security & trying to show the world that justice is given to everyone.In my opinion this is giving wrong signal to these terrorists.They are taking India for granted. They are threatning our integrity and soverginity.No mersy should be shown to these terrorists from accross the border. India needs strong leader.

Yes, I agree with you. I have the same questions in my mind. He is caught red handed. People are talking about the issue whether he is a Pakistani or not. It is only a mild issue, the big part is he has committed the crime, wherever he is from and has to be proceeded with the case and come to final judmgeent as soon as possible.

I guess this is the problem with having the Longest Constitution in the world.Longest doesnt mean Best.There are so many legal procedures and what not that such a guy is allowed to live for such a long time,bcoz he's entangled in legal procedures.
And thank god his age is above 18 (otherwise he would hv been a 'minor' in our judicial system and so could only b imprisoned to max of 3 years).
I also heard he was demanding foods like kababs ,etc . I just dont get it, Why not just hang this man ? why waste so much money (i heard lakhs of rupees was spent) .
The problem by the way is that he doesnt regret his mistake and is proud of what he has done.Young terrorists look at him as a hero.And in any case,he wants to die as early as possible coz he thinks he gonna go to jannat(heaven). LOL! Thats brainwashing at its best.
