I am a working woman who becomes tired every evening. Always feeling tired why so?
Is it necessary for a woman to drink milk ? I drink milk only on weekends that is once or twice with oats when I am at home. Will the calcium tablets work good for woman? Or can anyone suggent any specific food for woman's energy and health?

I think it's necessary foe everyone to drink a glass of milk everyday. You never know, maybe it's not just milk, maybe it could be the lack of vitamins. You could also not be exercising enough.

I think drinking a glass of milk is good for you provided you can digest it well. Most of us are concerned about our bone health as we age, I know I don't want to be hunched over. I'd assume tablets would help if you were not able to drink milk for one reason or another, but not as good as the actual item. Or you could work in some yogurt, cheese, or cottage cheese in your daily diet.

Dairy products including milk are very important for women, to prevent osteoporosis. I think it is important to take some kind of supplement if you're not eating/drinking your dairy daily. I don't think that this is the reason you're always feeling tired though. I will recommend vitamin B for energy. I take Vitamin B and it helps me feel better overall, ever day. I will also recommend a multi vitamin daily. That will certainly help you.
