What will make you give your job up ?

Hello mylotters ,
do you love your job now ? what kind of things you hate in your job ? And what will make you giving your job up?
I'm a sales in a IT company, selling cisco, juniper and so on. Sometimes I hate this job because there are so many things I can't handle, which I have to face them. But sometimes, I think this is the most interesting thing for a salesman. I don't know how to describe my boss, when some bad things come up, he will definitely do his best to avoid involving in it, the most often thing he always do is, complain that our company is bad, or we are bad, but I'm sure he have never think about if he is good or not.
Anyway, I think I have to work harder and make my life better, so I think I would not give my job up at the moment, but if everything won't change even a bit, I will think about it.

i think the only reason where in i would give up my current employement will be the possibility of me having my own business, for me to take care of my family and that i will know i will survive without work and have finances or income from other sources where i do not have to spend the whole 9 hours in the office.

As long as there is fair play within the team I am working with I do not mind a little bit of politics that goes around. It is a part of any organization ..... nobody is ideal .... so that's okay. I feel the primary reason why I would give up my job is if I feel that I have been cheated or ditched in anyway and I am not being given the proper recognition I deserve. In this scenario I would likely quit and look for something new. Else I fit into a team very naturally and don't like to go for open confrontation unless absolutely essential so not many times that I have to quit my job.
