Census postponed agian in Pakistan!!!

The government has postponed the Census again in Pakistan!!
Previously the census was due in 1991 but it got delayed in eventually was conducted in 1998. Now its been 11 years since the last cencus!!! and it seems it will get further delayed!!!
what do think about this delay!! does it really matter!!! Is a census required at all!!!
What impression does it give you about Pakistan!!!

It is probably getting delayed because they are fixing to be at war and lots of people will get killed or move or whatever. I am not sure that it matters anyway just like in the United States with Acorn doing our 2010 census it can be modified to whatever they see fit.

Pakistan is not fixing a war, Pakistan is in war with its own people!! supported by foreign agencies and countries who want destability in Pakistan!!\\However this should not have affect on Census! isn't it!! because if you go like this no country in the world would be able to do any such large scale thing!!! because problems won't end!!!!
