Animal cruelty

should animal cruelty be rewarded with prison sentences ?????

Extremely long prison time!!!! Animal Cruelity is just as bad and should be treated the same as Child abuse and neglect. Pets are just as helpless and even more so then children. Those who abuse and neglect them should be shown no mercy and punished to the fullest extent of the law.
