hi every one
We got kind of people who in any situation even it's not embarrassing at all
they would feel shy and blashing in their face appear so clear that would make you feel that is not worth enough to be shy at all!!so,are you shy person ?
but shy people have alot of inner reasons to be shy most of the time
so,what do you think the reasons are ?

Shyness acts like a snowball, the more shy the persn is, the less it interacts with other people, so when an apportunity of interaction appears, the person is not accustomed, and feels uncomfortable with the situation, wich increases their shyness, wich makes the cycle start again. I used to be a sy person, but with a little effort anyone can go trough it.
