how can you forget your first love?

really? you can forget your first love simply? for me ,it is very difficulty. his words abd behavours have inprinted my mind , sometimes i may blame him and show discontentment with him , but i am very clear that i love him deeply. i can not accept the fact that he abandon me , and it is not easy for me to seek new love. being together for a long time , two person may be interdependent a lot . in my opinion, as long as you have sincerely loved ,it will not be easy to forget your lover.

I think forgetting is not the right word but for me i guess it moving on. This way you can find new love and that way you can just forget about it naturally. It the process of time that let you heals all wounds and when you find the true love that is destined for you then that means you successfully forget your first love. I dont think you could ever really forget your first love, but more of learn to overcome it and fall in love with someone else. I have learned how to actually become friends with my first love and it was because I bonded with friends and put myself more into things I was interested in and I ended up meeting someone wonderful.

I don't think I've had a real first love yet; the person that I'm thinking of wasn't really a true boyfriend, but I know I'll never forget him simply because we've been through a lot and I'll always have an image of him imprinted in my mind. Now, I'm not sure if the memories will be of loving characteristics, but I'll definitely remember him. So I guess when I do have a real first love, undoubtedly I will not forget.
