I have heard that every coin has two sides and it is same with our life too, we will face situations and find solution to our problems too
but can you find a bad side of having a child? Having a child is good because we have an extra member to our family which is cute to but what is the other side of coin is? Can you tell me?
Do you have any situation where you only found good or worse side of coin and couldn't turn it to see good side of it?
I hope I was understood to you!

If you want to look for the negative in anything you will surely find it. Having a child is something that I cannot see as negative because for me, it was a dream come true. In waited years for my precious daughter and even on the days when things aren't as peaceful as I would like them to be I still cannot see 'the other side of the coin'. It is a matter of choice and perception. If you tell yourself that you are going to have a good day and nothing can change that, chances are you will and you will handle the negatives a lot more peacefully.
I think that it is our choice which side of the coin we want to look at and as Anora said how about letting things just be? They don't have to be anything other than what they are unless you choose otherwise.

Yes, event though nothing in others side. It is still has two sides. It is how the nature work, positive negative, male female, up down, etc.
Believe it or not, deep in darkness there is always a little tiny light. In the brightest condition, there will always a tiny black dot.
Maybe most people do not notice it, it just how the way you look at the condition.

Hi sanuanu,
Yes i would believe every coin has two sides and we should always try to understand both sides and try to listen to both parties before we should come to any decision and it is not always easy to listen to both sides as we are usually thinking even before we have heard everything. Both sides are usually totally different unless you are Amitabh and working in Sholay.

Actually every coin has three sides. Two faces and a rim. I suppose that might represent the positive and negatives of life and for those times when you spin the coin and it ends up standing on it's edge, that might represent the unexpected and improbable in life.

It all depends on how you see it. For example, a child at the wrong time of one's life is very bad. A person is working to attain a status in the society and they are suddenly blessed with a child. What do you think their obvious reaction will be? Every coin surely has two faces. It's all in the perspective of the person to flip the coin to have more +ves than -ves.

It is inevitable that a coin has two sides. You have to accept both.Problems arise when you want to take the good alone.About having a child you ask,Well,it is always nice to have a cute child, representing your love.On the other hand, you have added responsibilities and strain in growing it.You will have to sacrifice something to do that. That is it.But love for the child is on the other side. So,you won't consider the bad aspects of the life,if you see the right side.
To conclude,we ignore the bad side for the sake of the good side. But there remains both sides in a coin.Have a Paracetomol, please!

Hello Sanuanu!!!
We have never seen any coin with only one side. The coin used by Amitabh Bachan in the film Sholay had the same thing in both of the sides.
It is just the matter of how you see the things. About having child too, you can see many number of bad things if you analyze it in the another way. Well as soon as a child is born, you surely need an extra expenditure. The difference is that you may be so happy with the child and forgot this thing. And because of the love for our child, we can't imagine it to be the bad thing. But the negative sides are still there...
As I have said, I think it is just the matter of way of analyzing. Look from the different perspective, you will surely find the both sides of the coin.
I can't give you any example of giving you the thing that has only good sides. Well in that case, we have to search for a thing like needle not the coin.
Sorry my response became little vague...
Happy mylotting...

well, every coin has two sides. That's ture.
Everytime I am encountered with something that upsets me, I console myself with this sentence, which makes me accept the fact more easily.
Child can bring more happiness to your family, but raising a child requires a large amount of energy and money, which will definitely distract you from your career. What's more? You have to worry about his or her health,study,future...because you care about your child so much...
Did I understand you?

Yes, every coin has two sides, just like every person has 2 sides. If you stick around long enough I am sure that you will see both sides of a person as well. I just hope that most of the time the sides of people you will see are their Best side and they will know how to deal with the other side in public. It can be an interesting thing to think about as well.

Sanu-
There are always two sides to each issue, but neither is good or bad they just are. At least that is how I tend to view things now. I once didn't though. There was a time in my life when I thought things literally were good or bad. I didn't understand that each had a yin and yang. I didn't understand that we must live in the present moment and it is not good or bad it is just life. It's not to say that times are not without problems, because that is not true. It is how we choose to respond to them that is the true mark of living in the present moment.
To give you an example, my daughter had surgery in March. Instead of spending every day before worrying about it, I simply marked it on the calendar and tried not to think about it. For the majority of the time it worked. The day of surgery was much more calm this way I think. We simply were. She did well, and she's doing much better a month later.
In terms of having children, well it's all the same. I've dealt with poopy diapers, markers on the wall, throw up, accidents, etc. I just take each one as they come and I don't stress out when they occur. They simply are.

Hi Anora,
Nice to see you in my discussion and good to see that you are rating is upto 1900, I hope things are little more settled now.
That is some deep thought and I am very much impressed with your thinking. Right now I am not having a good patch of time and feel that I am under pressure from life with other problems too. Not to mention that I have some sleepless night, have some health related issues too.
but your words are soothing to me and I think that I should not think about how big the problem is, instead, I should think about the solution.
Thank you very much for the response from bottom of my heart!

Yes, like there are two sides of the coin, our life is similar to that too. We have a lighter and brighter side when we are happy and in a nice mood while the other comes out when we are in a greedy mood or when the humanity of inside us say goes and take a hike. There are so many instances in our life where we have to just go with our good side just to prevent anything bad from happening and to stay with unity in this world with every other human being around us!!

So, it is like having two dogs inside us, an angle one and another a devil one.
It is up to us that who do we feed more. I am using more because you have to feed both of them. Both of them will be handy for you in certain point of your life.
But which gets more food, is a critical point, isn't it?

The main reason they're back to back is for people not to look at the other side while on they're on the other side - for it will spoil the joy. If people will worry too much about the other side they will miss the opportunity of enjoying the life while they are still happy and rejoicing. Our adversities in life are built to make us stronger they are there to help us grow as a person. But this troubles should only be faced as they come into our lives and not to be dealt with before they even do. Rest assured that once these troubles come you'll be found ready and waiting.
Having a child is the best blessing a parent can receive. There are accompanied responsibilities but i will never ever see it as a downside coz the joy that a child can bring to my life will far outweigh all the troubles or headaches it can inflict.
