Regarding NoMinCashOut.com

I have noticed that NoMinCashOut.com is down a lot... I have been paid several times by them, but I still fear it is (or will soon become if it isn't already) a scam site.
It was down once a few weeks ago for 5-6 days, with promises of coming back online once server upgrades were complete... Now I am returning from vacation to discover it's down again.
I can understand an anti-cheat link. Many sites have them to make sure people are actually reading what they click rather than just clicking something for the heck of it, but a site always down or changing their TOS is never good.
They do offer such things I fear were of no value such as "renting" referrals and many high-cost lottery games within the site...
Is anyone else a member of this site? How do you feel? Do you think this site is down entirely more than it ought to be??

Well, sorry to dis-appoint you , but, I think, out of all sites, 'myLot' has been proved
to trust worthy and as such, I do not have anything else in my agenda of sites.
